Una vez que todos estos factores han sido cuidadosamente considerados, <strong>podemos elegir la mejor pintura antiincrustante para nuestro barco.<\/strong> Cada producto actualmente disponible en el mercado tiene caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas espec\u00edficas que lo hacen m\u00e1s o menos adecuado a los factores antes mencionados. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yachtingmedia.com\/magazine\/boero-yacht-coatings-magellan-630-antifouling-paint.html\">El a\u00f1o pasado, probamos<\/a>, con excelentes resultados, el <strong>Magellan 630 SPC<\/strong> de <strong>Boero YachtCoatings<\/strong>; este verano, en cambio, <strong>hemos decidido probar un producto completamente diferente<\/strong> a bordo del <strong>Daydreamer<\/strong>, nuestro barco laboratorio de vela.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7597\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7597\" style=\"width: 700px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boatreviewmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Boero-antifouling-test-1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7597\" src=\"https:\/\/www.boatreviewmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Boero-antifouling-test-1.jpg\" alt=\"Lo stato dello scafo della barca della redazione ad un anno dalla stesura dell'antivegetativa Magellan 630 SPC di Boero Yacht Coating\" width=\"700\" height=\"466\"><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7597\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">El casco de nuestro barco laboratorio un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s de la aplicaci\u00f3n de la pintura antiincrustante Magellan 630 SPC de Boero YachtCoatings<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Atra\u00eddo en el Mar de Liguria, nuestro barco navega principalmente en la zona mediterr\u00e1nea de la costa italiana e islas principales, con un promedio de <strong>1.500 millas n\u00e1uticas al a\u00f1o<\/strong>, y presenta un verdadero <strong>esp\u00edritu de crucero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de una cuidadosa  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boatreviewmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Boero-Giraglia-633-Extra-1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-7599\" title=\"Boero Giraglia 633 Extra\" src=\"https:\/\/www.boatreviewmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Boero-Giraglia-633-Extra-1.jpg\" alt=\"Boero Giraglia 633 Extra\" width=\"202\" height=\"253\"><\/a>consideraciones, hemos decidido probar un nuevo producto de <strong>Boero YachtCoatings<\/strong>: el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boeroyachtcoatings.com\/en\/yacht-coatings-range\/antifouling\/giraglia-633-extra\/\"><strong>Giraglia 633 Extra<\/strong><\/a>, una pintura antiincrustante autopulimentable que cumple con el <strong>reglamento BPR nr. 528\/2012.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dise\u00f1ada para ser eficaz en mares c\u00e1lidos y templados y en aguas mixtas, esta pintura es adecuada tanto para <strong>cascos de velocidad media como para veleros<\/strong>; tambi\u00e9n debido a su <strong>alto contenido de compuestos de cobre<\/strong>, en lugar de copol\u00edmeros como el producto que probamos el a\u00f1o pasado, pensamos que era el producto perfecto para nuestra nueva prueba comparativa.<\/p>\n<p>Su <strong>poder antiincrustante se basa en una doble acci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica y mec\u00e1nica<\/strong>: la primera est\u00e1 respaldada por biocidas, compuestos especiales de cobre de acci\u00f3n lenta que est\u00e1n destinados a evitar que la suciedad se forme en la zona cercana al casco; la segunda se activa por la exfoliaci\u00f3n progresiva de las capas de pintura. La navegaci\u00f3n suavizar\u00e1 la superficie antiincrustante, eliminando los primeros signos de materiales org\u00e1nicos. <\/p>\n<p>Como puede entender f\u00e1cilmente, <strong>los veleros o las lanchas a motor de velocidad media<\/strong> son un caldo de cultivo ideal para utilizar esta doble acci\u00f3n de productos como la pintura autopulimentable Giraglia 633 Extra, mientras que los productos de matriz dura, que tienen s\u00f3lo una acci\u00f3n antiincrustante qu\u00edmica, son m\u00e1s adecuados para cascos r\u00e1pidos.<\/p>\n<p>Otra ventaja del elemento autopulimentable es <strong>la facilidad con la que se pueden eliminar las capas viejas<\/strong> una vez que su poder biocida se ha perdido antes de la aplicaci\u00f3n anual del nuevo producto; esto se traduce en una reducci\u00f3n significativa tanto en el tiempo de mantenimiento como en los costes, sin el molesto efecto de la estratificaci\u00f3n progresiva.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a sus caracter\u00edsticas, <strong>este producto es adecuado para cualquier tipo de superficie<\/strong>, incluyendo <strong>fibra de vidrio<\/strong>, <strong>madera<\/strong> y materiales derivados del metal (aluminio, acero, plomo&#8230;) y se puede aplicar despu\u00e9s de una primera capa de imprimaci\u00f3n. Se permite la aplicaci\u00f3n con spray, rodillo y brocha y requiere dos capas de barniz para un uso correcto. En caso de aplicaci\u00f3n con spray, mi consejo es aplicar una tercera capa para obtener mejores resultados.  <\/p>\n<p>En nuestro caso, despu\u00e9s de la eliminaci\u00f3n completa de las capas anteriores de antiincrustante a trav\u00e9s de una <strong>lijadora orbital<\/strong>, la pintura se <strong>aplic\u00f3 con rodillo<\/strong> sobre la capa de imprimaci\u00f3n que aplicamos el a\u00f1o pasado, compatible con el Giraglia 633 Extra.
